About the artist: Mechel Lang.

Making faeries, elves and unicorns is the first thing I think of opening my wings and the last thing I think of closing them.   I can't think of anything else I would rather do, but to make and play with my faeries.  Sewing or sculpting them either way, it must be a faerie and having sewed and sculpted over 500+ faeries, unicorn and elves.  I am a self taught learner and learning all the time.  I make my own patterns and use my hand to sculpt whatever inspires me, from music I listen to, to faerie movies I watch, and a simple walk around my secret garden and pond, yes, there really is a secret garden!  Created by my husband and I, digging by hand and lifting the dark soil beneath bucket by bucket.  The name Gabriella came from the very first faerie doll made from porcelain I ever made, and she is still with me to this day. Gabriella's Secret Garden is 10 years old this year and I want to personal thank each and every customer who reads this my warmest and sincere thank you's!
